Refund policy

At Peauz, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products. Due to the nature of these products and for hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items.

We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@dermakaesthetics.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the product. We will be happy to replace the item or issue a refund.

Clearance items, promotional samples, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
